This product is a larger style for an indoor antenna, it would work if you are creative with how you mount it. These and all antennas like this require a direct line of sight for the best signal reception anything in the way such as trees, walls, buildings, hills can and will degrade the signal.

A signal booster can help but not a guarantee. Check out TVFool.com to see what direction the stations you want to receive. If it were me I would attach the base to a board or hang it upside down from the ceiling. The higher you place it the better. I hope this helps and good luck.
