A:AnswerMy new cable modem by Arris is working flawlessly. When there is a power outage I have to wait for all lights to become solid and for the blue light to come on. I do not recommend the combination modem and router. I tried this and had to have the Geek Squad to make the recommendation for the single cable modem by Arris.
