“Will this replace the Gateway modem/router I pay monthly rental on from Xfinity? I have Xfinity internet, Voice, and TV. Also, I need additional eternet ports to plug in wireless security camera systems.”

The T25 works with Xfinity Internet and voice service. However, you will need a Wi-Fi router for your home network and it is not a direct replacement for a modem/router combo unit.
