QuestionI m using the product for past two three days (its new). I observed that left earbud sometimes dose'nt work and again start working while playing music. similarly app also dose'nt respond sometimes and got disconnected & connects again.

- Answer This does happen from time to time. I typically wear them for a 90 minute workout and I probably happens for a few seconds during each workout. Not really something that hinders my experience but it must be some kind of small glitch.

For clarification, these headphones are compatible with any Bluetooth enabled devices that are running BLE, HSP 1.2, SPP 1.2, A2DP 1.3.1, PBAP 1.1, AVRCP 1.6, HFP. QuestionCan I swim with these. I have seen other waterproof earphones made for swimming and had a pair that work well ( waterproofing not sound quality) so I'm trying to find a pair with sound quality to match my B&O play headphones that I can swim laps with.

Though these headphones are engineered to be sweat and weather resistant, they cannot be submerged as they are not waterproof. For this reason, we would not recommend them for use while swimming. QuestionI had a very bad experience with the SoundSport Pulse earphones. I returned them to the store four times because the signal was cutting if I put my phone in my pocket or arm (biking). This doesn’t happened with other brands. Is this problem fixed ?

Neither the SoundSport Pulse headphones or the new SoundSport Free wireless headphones should present the issue you've described. The SoundSport Free wireless headphones were engineered to provide a consistent Bluetooth connection at ranges up to 30 feet from your mobile device. - Answer They can be used on multiple devices but not Simultaneously. There is a button on the left ear bud that makes for a fluid time switching from one device to the other.

QuestionCan you wear one earbud at a time and still work just fine? Say I’m wearing the right on it goes dead, so I put it in the case to charge, can I take the left one out sync it up with my phone no problem. That way I can alternate them.

- Answer Sorry but no you can't. The right ear bud is the master and the left is the slave. If you want to ware only 1 earbud it has to be the right.

- Answer Hello, Joe. Thank you for your question! You can use the right earbud of the SoundSport Free on its own. We would still recommend keeping the portable charging case with you, as the case provides up to 10 additional hours of battery life for the headset. The case is also a great place to safely store the left earbud for times when you want to listen to music in stereo. Please note that the right earbud is the "master" bud, and would be required for use of the product. The right earbud receives audio from your device. We hope this helps! Have a great day. QuestionHi! Does the earbuds pause the music on their own when I remove them?

- Answer Hey Gtjx! Thank you for your question regarding our SoundSport Free wireless headphones. When removing the buds from your ears the audio will continue to play. To pause the audio you will need to press the multi-function button located on the right earbud. To begin playing your music again you may simply press the same button. Hope this helps! QuestionMy hubby drives trucks an has to load an unload, when it gets hot will these be able to stand alot of sweat, wats the water tolerance for these?

- Answer I sweat when I run with these, a lot. Never had an issue with water damage. Been using them for several months now (within a week of them being available for sale) and no problems whatsoever.

QuestionIf I run outside, I must take a phone on my body? Can I listen songs without phone ? Only with the headphone?

- Answer I usually can't go more than 30ft from my phone while wearing my Soundsports or Quietcomfort 35s, so I'd assume the range is about the same for these. However, some smartwatches have internal storage. For example, I can download songs onto my Apple Watch and walk away from my phone. If my headphones are connected (via bluetooth) to my watch, I can listen to the songs that I've downloaded.

QuestionHello community; Has anyone actually worked out with these, and can confirm their utility. That is, are they a good fit for the gym? I am afraid they will fall off, and that they are too bulky.

- Answer They actually a bit bulky but headphones are way much bigger anyway. It doesn’t fall off easily since you can lock it up in your ear. In any case, you can also locate where the L/R earpiece is through the app too!
