“I had a very bad experience with the SoundSport Pulse earphones. I returned them to the store four times because the signal was cutting if I put my phone in my pocket or arm (biking). This doesn’t happened with other brands. Is this problem fixed ?”

Neither the SoundSport Pulse headphones or the new SoundSport Free wireless headphones should present the issue you've described. The SoundSport Free wireless headphones were engineered to provide a consistent Bluetooth connection at ranges up to 30 feet from your mobile device. During my use of the Soundsport Free, I have not had any connection issues as of yet. These will have a shorter range though, if you walk away from your phone. They have to connect to your phone and connect to each other. As I understand it though, these have the best range of any other truly wireless options.
