C by GE do not require a hub, use directly with Google Home, easy to setup and connect

Yes, this will work just the same as the Google Home and Mini. Tested it myself and worked like a charm (had to turn off the mini and JBL Google Home to truly verify).

Initially I tried pairing the bulbs with my JBL Link 20 but to no avail. Must use Google Home Mini or Hub. Other wise must purchase a C Bridge device to link to your home WiFi but cost you $50. Definitely get the Google Home Mini or Hub.

Yes, as a matter of fact just have the bulb in the speakers vicinity, use the google HOME app to add the device and it works. No hub required.
