- Answer Yes, you can sort and edit easily. After scanning all of the images are stored in a folder for easy access.

- Answer I don't think most driver's license photos would meet the rigid specifications for a passport photo. But I don't know whether or not you could scan a driver's license with it. I think probably not.

- Answer It is one per file. It gives a name you specify to group of photos and a number and increments the number by one as you scan the photos.

- Answer I believe the maximum width is 8.5 inches. I don't know the minimum width, if any. I don't know what the maximum or minimum lengths would be.

- Answer Hello legmedia. To help better assist you, we would like to confirm if you are using Epson ScanSmart or FastFoto software. If using the FastFoto software on the FF-680W, it may be remembering where it last left off and is not starting the numbering from the beginning. We recommend deleting the folder again and creating a new folder name to scan your images. This should reset everything and start naming your files once again from 001. QuestionI am trying to preserve our family history for my children and grandchildren. I need to be able to put descriptions with a single picture --- naming the people in the picture, telling the location or the event taking place.

- Answer Hi cjsantz, The Software included with the FastFoto FF-680W allows you to add comments to each scanned photo, so you can include information about the photo. If there is writing on the back side of your photos, you can even scan both sides at the same time. The software makes sure both scans stay together. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
