A:AnswerThanks for answering my question. The machine wasn't on top of hose and it only sits 3 ft off the ground. So I did a reset method I found online - unplugging unit for 1 min, within 15 seconds of plugging back in open/close door 6 times - which reset the unit and worked properly after that.

There is not a separate cord for the washer and the dryer. This model should be connected to a dedicated 120/240V or 120/208V 30-amp time-delay fuse or circuit breaker. The 240/208V will power the dryer, and the unit internally steps it down to 110/120V for the washer. The power cord can be purchased separately and should adhere to your local electrical codes. A:AnswerHi there - Thanks for reaching out about this! It's not uncommon to have a small amount of water at the bottom of the wash basket after a load is complete. The amount of water is typically a 1/2 cup of water or less, and is considered normal. This will occur when water becomes trapped in the fill nozzle (fill tube) at the top of the wash basket after the water shuts off after filling. Often the nozzle doesn't immediately drain all of the remaining water, so after some time (even a few hours later), the water tension holding in the water breaks and the last amount of water is released or spurted from the fill nozzle. It's similar to the small spurt or burst of water that sometimes comes out of a bathroom shower head after the water is turned off. If there is more than a 1/2 cup of water in the bottom of the tub, service may be required. If needed, you can schedule an appointment by calling 1-800-432-2737. We hope this helps! -Mikayla@GEA

A:AnswerThey can both operate at the same time. It doesn't work like the old models and makes a back and forth swishing and creaking sound. Drives my kid crazy but it doesn't bother me. Cleans great.
