Thanks for answering my question. The machine wasn't on top of hose and it only sits 3 ft off the ground. So I did a reset method I found online - unplugging unit for 1 min, within 15 seconds of plugging back in open/close door 6 times - which reset the unit and worked properly after that.

We found that your issue may be caused by a kink in the drain hose. We suggest straightening the drain hose and making sure washer is not sitting on it. The top of drain outlet should be less than 8 Ft. (2.5 m) above floor as well. If these tips don't work you may need to schedule service. Hope this helps! -Sylvia@GEA
