A:AnswerHi there. Thank you for addressing your concerns with your Insignia™ - 3.7 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency 12-Cycle Top-Loading Washer. Usually, one of the reasons why this problem occurs because of the quality of detergent that you are using. You may use a high-efficiency detergent to reduce over-sudsing. Thus, the load may be too small. Very small loads (one or two items) may become unbalanced and not spin out completely. If the issue persists, please don't hesitate to call our Insignia Customer Hotline for further assistance. |Angelica| Insignia Support| https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-3-7-cu-ft-high-efficiency-12-cycle-top-loading-washer-white/6420141.p?skuId=6420141

A:AnswerYou need a 3 way dolly under your washing machine so you can roll it around the kitchen. But yes, you can easily hook it up to your kitchen sink.
A:AnswerI dont know the measurements but, the hose is very short. I had to buy a "Dishwasher Hose", because a regular washing mashing extention hose is too big. To connect the two I had to use a waterproof tape.
A:AnswerIf you are talking about the Drum, then yes, there is supposed to be a space. The drum is connected to a leveling/stabilization system, that helps dampen vibration and also quiets the washing process. Because of this, the drum moves, and needs that space to do so.
A:AnswerHi MRc,
Before trying to remove the agitator, first try untwisting the stuck clothing. Figure out the direction in which the agitator spins (usually the direction in which it is easy to turn the drum), then hold the outside drum in place while spinning the agitator in the opposite direction. This is to reverse the direction of the agitator to untwist the clothing from underneath it. As you continue to reverse spin the agitator, slowly pull the piece of clothing out and untwist until it is completely free of the agitator. If this fails, then try removing the agitator to retrieve your clothing.

A:AnswerI’m afraid to jinx myself but I’ve had this washer since June 2018. I’ve been happier with this than my previous LG front load - I’d recommend this unit.
A:AnswerTurn the cycle selector to select the Rinse & Spin cycle. Press the Start/Pause) button to start the test cycle. Your washer shouldn’t rock or vibrate excessively when water fills the tub, or when washing or spinning. Your washer should drain well during the spin cycle.
