• Buy a V Belt 3/8 x 20 at ace hardware and they’ll help you out it on it. It’s like $7

• You can't. They purposely do not have parts available. Never buy insignia products.

• Hi Maria! We understand that you need a belt for your Insignia™ - 3.7 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency 12-Cycle Top-Loading Washer - White. Since this washing machine has different revisions, I am unable to recommend the correct belt. For further assistance, please contact the Part Store Customer Support at 1-855-975-6831. |Angelica| Insignia Support| https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-3-7-cu-ft-high-efficiency-12-cycle-top-loading-washer-white/6420141.p?skuId=6420141
