• Hi there - no, there is not a usb port on the face of the unit. I'm not sure if it's consistent through all installations, but the plug for ours is located in the glove compartment. It sounds inconvenient, however once plugged in, the screen has all the functions of the phone. Hope that helps.

• Hi PBNJ -- there is NO front facing USB port on this. There is a USB extension cable that can be mounted outside the unit on your dash -- that's how I have mine.
