A:AnswerIf the card reader hardware requires a software driver, you probably cannot use it with the Surface RT. You may be able to use it with the Surface Pro, which functions more closely to a full-fledged laptop.
A:AnswerIf you can download your .WVA files to a computer, use FormatFactory (free download - just search it on Google) to convert the files to .MP3 and playlist them how you want them.
A:AnswerYep, Windows RT and 8 are the only OSes for tablets that include real, full Flash. Android USED to have Flash, but hasn't in years, and it was never the real full version of flash anyway.
Flash for Internet Explorer is now updated by Microsoft through Windows Update on both RT and 8, which is nice.
A:AnswerYes, there are Kindle and Nook apps available. You can also access them through the full browser. The nook app even lets you log in with you windows ID and password, so you don't have memorize a separate one.

A:AnswerYes, that's exactly what I use it for. I love the functional abilities. U can highlight and write notes among other things. It's also great because there a some apps that Allow you to do more with PDF files.
A:AnswerNo, you can only download apps that are available in the Microsoft App store... iTunes is not one of them. You can still go to iTunes.com and other websites to play music through your browser, though.
A:AnswerThe RT does not allow any 3rd party apps to be downloaded. Unless it is in the Windows app store you cannot download it. Judging be the amount of apps that were on there when I briefly owned this tablet, I am nearly certain they were not in the store at that time. I traded this in for an ASUS Transformer and I'm loving every minute with it.
A:AnswerHello there.
Thanks for asking. Yes, Surface RT comes pre-installed with the preview version of Office Home and Student 2013 RT which includes Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote. Upon set up the preview can be updated to the full version for free via "Windows Update".

A:AnswerYes. I just went to dramafever.com and clicked on an episode of "I Hear Your Voice" and it played the media fine. Full screen video also worked fine.
A:AnswerNo. Even if you plug in a USB DVD/CD drive, there is no software to play the DVD. The Xbox Video app won't work. You can find a software for the desktop if you jailbreak your Surface, or wait for an app on the Windows Store.
A:AnswerHi there.
Thank you for your question. Surface RT only supports downloads through the Windows Store. In order to install iTunes there will need to be an app. For details on app availability, I recommend getting in touch with the developer directly.
I hope this is helpful.
A:AnswerIt has location services with windows RT. A:AnswerHello there,
You are able to play online games through the Internet Explorer 10 browser (IE10) and through apps. The Surface tablet is not designed to download software so games that require you to download components will not be supported.
I hope this was helpful to you.
