• Yes! However you would need to purchase a VOIP Adapter - used to adapt your phone to this modem. Your phone would plug into the VOIP Adapter - which would plug into your Motorola Cable modem.

• No! Sorry but this is a Basic Cable modem only. Additional Services such as WIFI or a Line or lines for Voice Service weren't included and therefore aren't available in this particular model.
