Yes. Per the guidelines on there website it should work but you will want to call them as soon as you are ready to set it up just to make sure everything goes smoothly. They are going to ask for the MAC address which can be found on the box. Try and follow the directions as to avoid any issues with setup. Remember if you have voice service it wont work until you add the new equipment to your mediacom account. So if and when you do call them use your cell phone. Also make sure they add the correct model since the same model is available without the V or voice option. When I added the cm500v tp my parents account the xfinity rep forgot the "V" which was frustrating to get fixed. Overall it's a great inexpensive device that gets rid of the monthly fee that you have to pay your provider. Good luck and it's really easy to setup so you shouldn't have any issues.
