• From what I understand, that feature is coming soon. Oculus is developing a link cable that will turn the stand-alone Quest into a VR headset that can be used with a PC. If you want PC connectivity right now, get a Rift.

• No the quest is stand alone for now.you don’t connect to a pc. They are coming out with new software and a cable to connect to a pc to play Steam vr games and Oculus Rift S titles sometime in November.

• Not yet. Sometime in November, the Oculus link will be released which allows tethering an Oculus Quest to a PC.

• No, the Quest is a stand alone all-in-one system. If you want to play PC-based VR games, you will have to get the Oculus Rift.
