QuestionI have an older laptop..was having trouble trying to get Windows 10 update.. I guess ( have Webroot) cleaned..laptop still slow..I chatted few days ago & wasn't comfortable doing the online thing..store not have this option..what is the 39.99 service??

It wouldn’t include an operating system repair, which may be required to get your updates to install. I’d suggest a Diagnostic and Repair service for your particular situation.

QuestionEverything seems ok, with 2 exceptions: I cannot use Microsoft Outlook 2010 or iTubes. Whenever I try to install/use them I get error messages, something to do with .dll files missing. Will the standard tune up include fixing those problems?
