“I have a newer PC with windows 10. I use Webroot (virus) & Chrome (browser). I get "could not connect/took too long" messages ONLY when I browse & my PC is on a LAN. When I connect via WIFI I can surf but slow. Other WIFI devices work fine. Which service?”
