Hi there, thanks for asking this great question! If your computer is having issues with memory, a Tune-Up may be able to help, but it won't fix the underlying issue. If you are needing more storage, an external hard drive may work for you, or more RAM if it is running slowly and shows the memory message. You should be able to speak to an Agent in your local store to uncover what would be best for you.
