A:Answer Most likely, you were not made aware of compatibility issues and extra harnesses your vehicle may need in order for your radio to work. I was under the impression that a technician would be able to match a radio to a specific vehicle and everything would work, although that's not the case. Make sure you review everything you wish to work in your vehicle as you've had it all along, or you will have to purchase extra parts. Good luck!
