The Pioneer DMH-W4660NEX should work great in your 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 with the use of a proper dash installation kit and wiring kit. For your speakers I recommend the Pioneer TS-A693R for the front speakers and Pioneer TS-G520 for the rear lower cab. Please be sure to talk to a Best Buy sales associate for installation details.
