“Will this unit support factory installed backup camera and USB port? Putting it into a car with some existing technology, and don't want to have an aftermarket camera if I don't need it.”

No you’ll have to replace the backup camera because the existing camera is connected by fiber optic and this unit doesn’t have a Toslink port. The USB ports will work.

I am Very Sorry but I can not Honestly answer that for you because Best Buy is who Recommended & Installed this Very Nice system to go along with 4 cameras I wanted trying to make my car safer where it has Terrible Blind spots all around! I would think that it would but I can not say for sure...You may want to ask for their opinion or try to contact the manufacturer directly. I unfortunately also need detection system installed to have the safety features I'm needing to help Best with my blind spots. I'm still learning how to use it but this system is Very Nice & all the cameras installed are working properly with it! Again I am Very Sorry I can not Help you any better than that & I Wish you my Best in finding out the Information you need!
