Will this receiver fit in a 2006 ex v6 honda accord

Yes. You will need to purchase the RPK4-HD1101 that replaces the dash and moves the climate controls, and the 88-00-7803 lower pocket replacement. You won't need to buy a steering wheel control interface as that comes with the radio. Just installed this in a 2005 Honda Accord EX which is the same model generation as yours.
