A:AnswerEasiest way I think would to be, uninstall the phone app. Shut yer phone down let it reboot then reinstall the app, then set your camera back up. I did that when my litle nephew had at my phone. Did that on a few apps. It was less frustrating for me.
Hope it helps. Good luck

A:AnswerHi NeedACamera.
Good question. No, if your Ring Stick Up Cam loses wifi connectivity for a short time, it should automatically reconnect. Ring Stick Up Cam is compatible with b/g/n wifi networks operating on 2.4 GHz frequencies.

A:AnswerHello.
Good question. Without a Ring Protect Plan, you can view real-time video for Ring doorbells and cameras and answer doorbell notifications when they happen, but you don’t get video recordings of those events. With a Ring Protect Plan, you can save, review, and share video recordings from your Ring devices to your Ring account.

A:AnswerRing allows you to set the range from a few feet to I believe the horizon. I have 6 cameras and set a range and width for each such as narrow for walkway, wide for street, etc. It takes a little time to learn but is well worth it.
A:AnswerI will leave our battery on the charger over night once in a while. So, not sure exactly how long, but within 6 to 8 hours. Battery life lasts a long while, too.
A:AnswerYes. I only used the power cord to charge the camera's batteries before installation. I ordered the small solar panel to keep the battery charged after installation. Very easy process.
A:AnswerNo need to use tools to access the battery. Sinply twist the bottoms section of the camera lose and the cap will come off. Reach inside and unlatch the battery then pull it out. It's just a s easy putting the battery back. Just reapeat the previous steps but in reverse

A:AnswerHi Charging.
Good question. Yes, you can connect the Ring Stick Up Cam Battery to a solar panel (sold separately) to keep your camera charged in direct sunlight. The solar panel requires direct sunlight to keep your device charged. With the Quick Release Battery Pack, though, your camera will have backup power in case you don't have enough sunlight.

A:AnswerMine is outside, rather than inside the house, but settings alow you to either snooze or turn off the motion detection. The camera would, however, still be working. I suppose you could just take it down, or remove the battery, to ensure nothing would be recorded.
A:AnswerHi, if you are not securing out of reach of passersby, I would encourage using this indoors. I have one set up on the inside sill of a window facing the outside (street) and the video is excellent during the daytime. However the lights on the front of the camera do interact with the glass of the window and the view is obstructed at night. They remain on all the time at night to support recording in night mode, so there is no way to avoid the glare that they produce on the glass of the window at night.
