QuestionDo all of the burners on this cooktop have both high and low flames? I just bought a new cooktop and can only turn one burner low enough to simmer. On the other 4 burners, the low flame is almost as high as the high flame.

QuestionIs the fingerprint resistance simply a coating? If so, is it thin, such that a scratch would reveal silver underneath? Just wondering whether this feature will wear with time and if we may be better off getting silver stainless steel to begin with.

- Answer I have not noticed anything about fingerprints or resistance, but I can tell you that it seems durable. Sorry i cant tell you more, but there was no other answer and I want to help. I will be giving a review about this tonight.

- Answer It does not have the option for a downdraft, you can just use a hood on top even if you don't have ventilation on top you can use a recirculating Hood that's what I use. Works great!

- Answer You need 120V and to be honest I don’t know if I needed it because I had it installed by Best Buy. I remember seeing a few things that came with it in the box and I want to say that the cable was included. But Best Buy should be able to answer your question and if they don’t know they should be able to contact the manufacturer for you.

- Answer Yes, and it comes with a propane oriface (in the parts bag) which needs to be used rather than the natural gas oriface which is installed at the factory.

QuestionI’m replacing an older cooktop in a granite countertop. The cut out is 22” x 29” with plenty of space above and below. My concern is the 2” between cutout and back wall. Is that sufficient?

- Answer Mine was close to the wall as well. I was afraid I would have to remove the wifi add on, but it all fit. The wifi is actually useless, so if you need to remove it you won't miss anything. There is a plug to fill the hole.

QuestionDoes the bluetooth wifi part sit on the counter?

- Answer Yes, there is a bluetooth "tab" that sits on the counter at the rear right. It's about 1-1/2" wide and 1" depth so allowance needs to be a consideration with a backsplash.

- Answer WiFi module stick s out about an inch. Height about 1/2 inch width about 1.5 inches. I would check mfg specs for exact deminsions

- Answer It has connectivity with a specific model of Samsung range hood. It will automatically control the range hood in some way. The installer had never seen both installed together. IIRC, it uses Bluetooth.

QuestionWondering if this is compatible with Broan model 2730 downdraft system.

- Answer This is not a downdraft cooktop. You will have to vent it some other way. I took out my microwave a d installed a rangenhiod and I have to install a vent pipe to the outside. Best thing I ever did because I am not a big fan of downdrafts. My house does not smell like dinner any more because of the range hool.
