A:AnswerDownload Samsungs Smart things app and you can adjust the Subwoofer level, or do it from your remote. Even if you do that, subwoofer placement is important and you will need to test where it sounds best....search "subwoofer crawl" on you tube...i have th q750c and the bass is great
A:AnswerIf that model of tv is 2021 or later ot should q symphony use the tv speakers and the soundbar in tandem to give you a more immensive sound but in order to do that you need to connect to the arc port on tv and soundbar it should be available on sound options
A:AnswerThe Q750 doesnt have side firing speakers...learned this after i bought the 750c, its a bummer since i have the Bose Ultra and the Samsung 990c which both have side firing speakers to beam out sound in addition to your main left and right channels...im sure there are more difference, but that was a big one for me
A:AnswerDuring setup it use the wifi connect so it sounds like your wifi could be the problem try disable the security on wifi see if that works if not unplug the soundbar from the wall for like 30 seconds start the setup process again tou sould have a blue light on the wireless revicer

Only the main soundbar and the rear speaker receiver are 110-240V AC.
