Wow, ok, sounds like you may have gotten a refurbished product from Best Buy. I would call samsung.com directly if they can't walk you through it. Return the product to Best Buy. And if you're really wanna waste some time, try calling the store. They will redirect your call to India to someone that barely speaks. English and try to help you out. Good luck.
