• If that model of tv is 2021 or later ot should q symphony use the tv speakers and the soundbar in tandem to give you a more immensive sound but in order to do that you need to connect to the arc port on tv and soundbar it should be available on sound options

That specific model TV is not compatible with Q-Symphony, which is a feature that allows the TV speakers to play in sync with the Soundbar.
