- Answer I have this player (UBP X800 M2) and I asked Sony customer service about that, and unfortunately, Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime Video, is all they support right now, but did say it would be possible for further support with an update, but couldn't confirm that such update would be coming at any point. Fingers crossed it will, but honestly, you're buying this player for disc playback and it's awesome. Quality is amazing and with all the settings on Auto, I'm getting Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision. No need to mess around with the settings or any of that. I have a Roku Ultra for other streaming services.

- Answer SACD’S? Absolutely! The X800M2 is one of the few disc spinners today that do. The only thing it does not have in regard to SACD’s, is 7.1 channel analog outs like the old Oppo machines, but surround sound can still be handled nicely by HDMI if your sound system is capable of reproducing either 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound. Good luck and enjoy your machine.

- Answer One Bluetooth HP is correct but there is a way to get two Bluetooth HP units to sync up to the same movie. In the Bluetooth output section select: Bluetooth+HDMI instead of regular Bluetooth out. This makes sure you get sound out from the HDMI cable as well as to your BT headphones. Yes, it's incredible. So if you are using a soundbar you can connect the second pair of bluetooth headphones to the soundbar and through this way achieve sound to both units wirelessly with zero latenzy. Just connect one pair to the X800 MK2 and the other to the soundbar or Tv if by sound transmission is available. We use the Sony HT-ZF9 Atmos soundbar with rear speakers and this soundbar can act as a receiver or transmitter, so it's perfect. As we have a new born it's perfect for when we want to watch movies during nights, and both are free to check on the baby or make a sandwich while still hearing the movie, signal is about 40-45 feet We use the Sony Wh-1000Mk2 and Wh-1000Mk3 If that helps. Otherwise get the SteelSeries Arctis wireless Pro headphones, while they are a fantastic sounding headset, they have a special addition I haven't seen anywhere yet, That is to connect a second pair of headphones through the 3.5 m jack (In/out), so get a long stereo 3.5 m cable and you can watch movies or play games with anyone in the same room with only one headphone receiving Bluetooth sound. Works best when connected via the Tosslink gamedac unit, enclosed in the package. Really worth the buy, Wired choosed them for best sounding headphones for gaming in 2019. Cheers! Dan

- Answer It is already set region free for dvds. Blu Rays you need to change it. For Sony models press Yellow for region A. Blue for region B. Red for region C.

(If you are using an HDR-capable Blu-ray player, you will need to connect it to an HDR-capable Smart TV via an HDMI port that supports HDCP 2.2 or later - usually the HDMI 1 port.) 2. A 4 Screen Netflix plan. 3. A steady internet connection speed of 25 megabits per second or higher. 4. A streaming quality set to High. - Answer Prior to purchasing the X800M2 I had the X800 and what a drag that uhd player was. Constant hard resets by disconnecting from the 115VAC. Even though most online reviews stated that the revised model retained the same problem I took a leap of faith. Glad I did. Have new player about one year. Never a freeze up on any format disc! I give it a big Recommend.

- Answer No, neither eARC or ARC is supported. There shouldn't be a need to passthrough audio via the player. Just hook up the player to any HDMI port on the TV, and hook up the soundbar to the eARC or ARC port on the TV. This set up will pass all audio to the soundbar regardless of what input your using.

- Answer I can't see how. Plugging in a USB device only gives the player access to the USB device's media files with no options to send out to the device.
