QuestionHow deep does water fill. My old GE only filed halfway but said I should fill clothes to top. Of course I got scummy residue

- Answer This washer either fills to the top of your load or if you prefer you can set it on deep water wash and it fills it over your clothes. But I have not had any residual I have only used it a little more than a month though and use the HE products I hope this helps.

QuestionApparently you can't use the start button to reset back to sensing when you've added items to your load - the machine continues to wash without enough water to properly clean the clothing that's been added.

QuestionOur washer is 2 months old and have discovered that when we use the bulky/ sheets cycle, the washer will leak a puddle from under the machine on the rear left side. This happens at the end of the rinse cycle right before the final spin.

- Answer The agitator and the motherboard have both been replaced and the washer continues to leak. This is not what I signed up for ! I believe you have an engineering / design problem and I am all out of patience with this issue. You need to remedy this problem post haste, or redpfund my purchase price and I will, purchase a competitive product that gets the job done minus leaks !
