“Our washer is 2 months old and have discovered that when we use the bulky/ sheets cycle, the washer will leak a puddle from under the machine on the rear left side. This happens at the end of the rinse cycle right before the final spin.”

The agitator and the motherboard have both been replaced and the washer continues to leak. This is not what I signed up for ! I believe you have an engineering / design problem and I am all out of patience with this issue. You need to remedy this problem post haste, or redpfund my purchase price and I will, purchase a competitive product that gets the job done minus leaks !
