A: Yes! Works perfectly for an xbox one!
Q: will the passport work on 2.0 usb connection as well as the 3.0
A: Yes, it will. I have used these drives on my Windows PC, which has both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 connections. Both of the USB connections support read and write operations.
A: Yes definitely works with PS4 or Xbox One!!
Q: Can this be used with mac and windows?
A: Yes but depending on what file format your format it with, u might not be able to write on it using or Mac, only read. Mine is formatted NFTS and works on both but limited use on Mac. Of course you can also format it specifically for Mac or pc and only use it on one.
A: The storage capacity is too high. If there’s more storage on the device than the TV can read it will not work.
Q: Will this WD My Passport work on a laptop running Vista?
A: Yes it will, i just tested it.
Q: will this work for dish hd receiver?
A: I'm using it on my Dish Wally receiver, and it works fine. The light on it blinks constantly. I don't know if that's normal for the hard drive on these units or not, but so far it's working fine.
