Yes, it will. I have used these drives on my Windows PC, which has both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 connections. Both of the USB connections support read and write operations.

Yes, but obviously limited to USB 2.0's maximum 60 MBps as opposed to 3.0's 640MBps
