A: None of this is correct in 2024 in the Dallas Fort Worth area. When I purchased my stereo on Feb 23rd no install was available or offered by the store. Now, no one from any stores in the DFW market answer the phone. It goes to a call center. They also will not schedule. They refer you to the store. Unless you physically go back to that department they will not work with you to help this process. Absolutely horrible customer service. Ken Macomber - if you read this, please look into how your managers are routing calls and in-store customers..
Q: How to schedule data trasnfer
A: When the Geek Squad came out to do the new laptop setup, I asked him if he could do the data transfer ( it had not been included in the price for doing the new laptop setup) and he said yes and that it would cost $60 which I paid him with my CC.
