    Geek agent addressed W10 sharing limitations

    Agent reconnected my shared drives on home network working around Windows 10 obnoxious administrative restrictions related to permissions even though I am classified as the only Administrator on all my own devices in my own home that I use by myself. What FUBAR constraints Microsoft has created for trying to simply share files/folders on all my own in-home devices like I had been able to do for 30 years before this.

    I loved the help & professionalism provided. Even though there was nothing wrong with my computer. It was my service providers mistake . They had to replace my router & modem. I would definitely use this service again to get help with any computer problems I might have.

    Having trouble with wifi get Orbi

    Recently I moved to a bigger house and the wifi was not work as well as it should do to signal strength . Orbi definitely help, and now the wifi reaches several house away. This item also allowed a purchase with geek squad. Don't get the geek squad stuff. When I called they had no idea of what Orbi was or how to help me. Save your money

    Geek squad-Dylan Smith installed our system quick!

    The agent Dylan Smith hooked up our new Modem and Eero WiFi. He made sure all units running on our WiFi were up and running!

    I used the Geek Squad to help me through a problem with my router. This was handled remotely and solved my problem. Very professional and courteous.

    This is the first time in the last time that I bought the total care membership, expecting that these people would be problem solver on the geek squad I was wrong. It was terrible. They did nothing and wasted about two hours of my time asking me questions about the problem that I already stated was not the case. A robot would’ve done a better job and it wasn’t just one of them. It was multiple people I talk to. This was a trash experience.

    Solicited outside assistance on my desktop computer. The assistance I received was considered average. At that time problem was not resolved.

    Geek Squad home disaster

    I paid to have the router I purchased from BB hooked up properly. I learned nothing new about the router or setting it up, but the tech did manage to make my 4 laptops unusable. I called back and was given the runaround for a week and then a different tech showed up insulting me at my door and repaired one laptop for about 1 day. As he left he said I better hope i don't see that screen again, it's the kiss of death. Guess what I have on my laptop now that does not work? Never got one follow up from them to see if everything was worked out. If there were negative numbers for the review, I would give them

    I drove 60 miles for my Geek Squad appointment at Grand Island Nebraska Best Buy yesterday, walked in 3 minutes early. The Geek Squad employee that greeted me advised they don't work on Samsung. I had called ahead and made my reservation by phone. The lady on phone asked which phone I had. I told her Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra at which time she made my appointment.  Is that how you do business? William Wolfe
