My experience could not have been better!!! My man Sixto arrived right on time and accomplished the setup in record time. He also explained what he was doing and why he was doing it so that I felt a part of the entire process!

Transferred data from two old PCs to two new Windows11 ones.

Had new desktop installed and setup with data transfer and everything went smoothly and completed. Best Buy field tech, Rick, was great... professional, knowledgeable and explained everything that he was going.

The Geek Squad personnel had knowledge that gave him a response to the many problems that are with the setup of a new computer. When he was finished, I was able to use the new equipment without any problems.

Kevin Kim, the assigned agent, was highly efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. He checked with me several times during the new computer set-up and data transfer process to ascertain my preferences as well as my understanding of differences between my former computer and the new one. I appreciated his clear communication skills and excellent work.

The agents set up my new computer, printer and transferred data quickly and efficiently. They were very polite and knowledgeable. They also gave me a tutorial on the new setup. I am so happy that I decided to have in home service! rather than do it myself.

The in-home data transfer was smooth and efficient. I had a Geek Squad technician at my house several weeks prior to this to deal with a malware issue…I requested the same technician for the data transfer when I purchased my new iMac because that technician was very knowledgeable, efficient, professional and personable I would definitely recommend Best Buy for any electronics purchase, and the Geek Squad for in-home service.

The technicians hooked up the computer and transferred all data from the old computer. They were very efficient and knowledgeable and made sure everything was working smoothly before leaving.

Thomas took care of everything and made sure I was aware of a few items that would have caused me some frustration had I not been aware of them, e.g., the almost hidden nature of the "on-off" button. It was all done in an efficient manner, which is why I had Geek Squad set up the computer.

We needed two visits. The first Lap Top had issues. We needed to exchange. The second visit all issues were resolved. The Tech, Joseph from Lancaster, was very professional and knowledgeable. Happy with final results.

Scheduled to take computer in for data transfer on a Saturday, told it would take 1-2 days to perform. Told I would be emailed but pointed out they had my computer and had no access to my email. Was told I would be sent a text instead. By Tuesday had no contact from Best Buy. I called and found out the service was completed on Sunday but of course they sent and email, NOT a text as promised they would do. The actual service of transfer of data to a new computer was done pretty well.

I am 100% pleased with the Geek Squad! The gentleman arrived on time and called ahead of time to let me know approximately when he would be at my house. He quickly set up my new computer and printer and set up my Windows 11 for me and explained everything that I had questions about. So happy with everything! Highly recommend the Geek Squad.

The tech, who had done two prior in-home visits to solve a complex printer issue and a multi-media integration issue, managed to rescue a huge amount of data from a non-operational, no longer supported computer. The recovered data was invaluable for both personal and business purposes. I’ll continue to rely on the Geek Squad and this particular Tech for my high level computer needs in the future.

It had been 10 years since I set up a new computer, so I was a bit intimidated and scheduled Geek Squad. The tech was competent and very nice. My only complaint is that when I scheduled, I requested setup and data transfer, and apparently they only scheduled data transfer, so the tech had to charge me extra and did not have the time to transfer all my photos and music. I will have to have someone out again or else transfer everything to an external drive and take my computer over to the store to get it done for another $99.

Tyler and Juan were amazing! The older I get I swear my computer skills go downhill. I recently bought my first laptop and they came to my home to transfer all the data from my computer that was on the verge of crashing for good. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they took the time to answer all my questions. They were great!

Cam, from Geek Squad, came to out to my house and hooked up my new computer and transferred all my data. He took his time and did a thorough job. He answered all my questions that I had. I would HIGHLY recommend Cam with any computer needs or issues!
