My experience could not have been better!!! My man Sixto arrived right on time and accomplished the setup in record time. He also explained what he was doing and why he was doing it so that I felt a part of the entire process!

Transferred data from two old PCs to two new Windows11 ones.

The agents set up my new computer, printer and transferred data quickly and efficiently. They were very polite and knowledgeable. They also gave me a tutorial on the new setup. I am so happy that I decided to have in home service! rather than do it myself.

The in-home data transfer was smooth and efficient. I had a Geek Squad technician at my house several weeks prior to this to deal with a malware issue…I requested the same technician for the data transfer when I purchased my new iMac because that technician was very knowledgeable, efficient, professional and personable I would definitely recommend Best Buy for any electronics purchase, and the Geek Squad for in-home service.

The service could not have been better. Matt Gonzales is a fantastic member of your team. He kept me informed of his timing from the day before until he was about to arrive, which, by the way, was well within the time frame promised. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He completed my service in a timely and efficient manner and went above and beyond making sure I was happy with the end result, including calling me back the next day to make sure everything was still working. Great job.

Had new desktop installed and setup with data transfer and everything went smoothly and completed. Best Buy field tech, Rick, was great... professional, knowledgeable and explained everything that he was going.

We needed two visits. The first Lap Top had issues. We needed to exchange. The second visit all issues were resolved. The Tech, Joseph from Lancaster, was very professional and knowledgeable. Happy with final results.

Thomas took care of everything and made sure I was aware of a few items that would have caused me some frustration had I not been aware of them, e.g., the almost hidden nature of the "on-off" button. It was all done in an efficient manner, which is why I had Geek Squad set up the computer.
