agent showed up on time went over everything he was going to do. When he was done he explained told me not to get rid old computer until I had made sure everything I wanted was transferred and then get rid of it. Agent was very helpful and polite he made me feel very comfortable Thanks Logan Miller

They kept communication updates as to when they'd arrive. He did everything once here, gave me his number incase I had ay problems. He apologized for the misquote from agent who made the appt, as well as person on phone who wouldn't honor it.

Andre was the best. I knew my PC was dying and I feared losing data. Andre was so patient and understanding during the transfer process as well as assisting with any concerns on the new PC. It was a great comfort to have Andre to assist us older customers with transitions that are difficult.
