I recently bought my first laptop and they came to my home to transfer all the data from my computer that was on the verge of crashing for good. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they took the time to answer all my questions. They were great!

Was able to transfer most of the data, however, I had to go to the store with a flash drive and have them download my data. Probably because my old computer was so old.
