Product arrived slightly damaged, albeit on the top right rear corner and slipped under the counter just fine. That in and of itself isn’t the reason why I wound up returning this product. Buyer must know that this ice maker requires a drain. Despite the manufacturer stating the contrary, the on board overflow tank would fill with water within a few hours and would start beeping non-stop until the tank was drained. Here’s the kicker, this overflow tank is in the rear of the unit. As you can imagine, the entire ice maker needs to be slid out, and the drain procedure was tedious as well. All in all, if you don’t have a drain, stay away.

The ice maker was missing the door handle and the drain hose is bad quality, the machine is very loud

Ice machine never worked from the beginning. In the process of dealing with the manufacturer and not having much luck. I would not recommend this product.
