    Close to Sonic ice nuggets

    This is the best tabletop I’ve maker that I’ve had. The ice production is at a decent rate and it doesn’t melt as fast as I thought it would. It is quite a bit louder than the nugget ice makers and used about the same amount of water during its consumption. I also like that it doesn’t have a high power surge when creating the ice so I was able to run it off a 150W generator at my tailgating events. The biggest positive feature is the self cleaning mode that is very easy to utilize.

    Good balance between performance and value

    I'm pleased with my purchase of the Ecozy Nugget Ice Maker. The machine starts making nugget style ice fairly quickly. I don't need 33 lbs. of ice every day though. You don’t need to worry too much about running out of ice if you’re using it for daily drinks or small gatherings. I like its simplicity as it doesn’t have too many “bells and whistles” but rather focuses on just making ice. The included accessories (ice bags, scoop, handle) make it feel like a thoughtful package. Overall, if you enjoy that casual chewable nugget-ice style (think soft, hotel-bar / fast-food style ice) and want a good performing unit without spending an arm and a leg, this Ecozy model is a strong choice. I’d rate it around 4 out of 5 stars.

    Great quality at a price!

    Very good ice maker. Makes small chunks. Comes with a water tester. Only 4 stars, because of higher price, even on sale, but I didn't want a cheap one! It's a bit noisey, but not bad, besides it's only on when needed. It'll pay for itself. Ice does start to melt in the basket, so you have to empty it often.

  • How do i clean. I have tablets to drop into the water. How do I get all the water out and flush it?

    It has a self cleaning feature where it will run the water through the machine for you. Then once the cleaning cycle is complete there's a small silicone plug on the front bottom right that you pull out to empty the water.

    Personally. If I don't use the ice when it's made. It'll melt and reproduce ice. I normally don't bag the ice..
