Nice board
||Posted .Owned for 6 months when reviewed.Excellent motherboard that is feature packed. Vrm and pch temps are nice and cool, never go above 55c. Was going to go with asus but they have really high pch temps. Zero regrets. Running my 12900k and 5600mhz ram with no issues.

Beastly board for a monster system
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.I was an ROG fan, glad I made the switch to the Gigabyte camp. This is a great board to overclock in. This is not for those who want to do SLI or Crossfire as it only has one PCIE x16 lane. Also, rumor has it DDR4 is still faster within its hardware groups than the DDR5 recently released. I personally have enjoyed the 32GB 6000Mhz XPG DDR5 I finally settled on. I dropped a i9 12900KF CPU in this board and hit 5.4Ghz stable for daily running underwater for all 24 cores. Putting a 7,400MBps GAMMIX M.2 SSD @ 1TB as the boot drive, then two M.2 2TB GAMMIX drives under the heat sinks on the board provided plenty of fast storage to work with large video files in Premier Pro. Pairing this system with an EVGA RTX 3080 Ti XC3 Hydro-copper as the final choice GPU (not shown), I was able to render a 21 minute, 4k, HDR video, in H265, in under 17 minutes. If you are not pushing this board or the hardware on it - then go get something else. This board begs you to overclock, push it, and see how far it can go.

Random safe mode, downloading causes network death
||Posted .Owned for 4 months when reviewed.Shocking motherboard, had a lot of issues with safe mode boots, but default settings were never changed. So it just randomly decided to crap out and start working again. Whenever Steam tried to download a game the entire network of the machine would die, I assume it couldn't handle high network speeds. I swapped to an ASUS ROG with the same components and don't have any of these problems. I had even tried a PCI-E add in card for 10GB ethernet, still the same issue. The gigabyte software and update tools are also awful, horrible UI, poorly built, do a bunch of weird unexpected things from a UX perspective. I'll be returning this board as faulty as it does so many weird things.

Q: QuestionIs this motherboard able to use DDR4 ram sticks that i have already or is it strictly DDR5 ram sticks only?
Asked by Chris.
- A:Answer I wondered the same thing. Upon checking the model on the Gigabyte website the supported memory list shows only DDR5.

Q: QuestionWhen will this motherboard be in stock I have been waiting patiently for 3 weeks?
Asked by Sno3man.
Q: QuestionSince this is an EATX board will this still fit in most mid size cases or will a larger size case like a meshify 2xl or 7000D be needed?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer The 7000D is a safe bet! Good EATX case. But generally cases that specifically are advertised to qualify for at EATX board fit should be used. The big problem with some EATX cases however was fitting-in a AIO and many were forced to install their AIO's on top only. Problems with hoses getting in the way of the RAM. So this needs further checking on a case by case basis!
