Q: Does this unit have an interior light?
A: No it doesn't.
A: Mine does the same thing. Once it heats up a little it stops.But it works great.

A: The dimensions of this convection oven are 14.63" H x 23.13" W x 17.75" D.
Q: How is this unit ventilated?
A: Venting is through upper rear louvers on back of unit.
A: The only difference I have found with the convection is that items, like cakes, cook more evenly with convection. I never had to adjust the temperature and the items certainly did not cook faster.
