So I'm paying for date overage fee to use the system. The data was so low it was done 4 day into the service month. If you need the unit for business please don't get it!!! They will setup your service with the plan offered. Then will not take your call, answer your email or IM's. Don't walk - run away from this produce. But more important don't believe anything that is offered as a plan. IT WILL NOT BE HONORD!!

This coupled with increased latency will have an impact on gaming. However, you could be very lucky and live in an area that does have high speed cellular. I would purchase the unit get it setup and run several tests during several days (weekdays and weekends) to see. If it’s too slow just return it with in the 14 day window.

A:AnswerI had a very bad experience with this. After spending hours and hours on the phone, it could not be setup. ATT is a terrible company to deal with. I did manage to setup this thing so I could connect to it. The main issue is I had not setup the account right for a data plan that made any sense. I was on the phone and transferred probably 10 times. Always starting from ground zero with each person. I just gave up in total frustration.
I returned the thing to Best Buys. After I left Best Busy, I went to my cell provider Verizon and got a JetPack. We wanted something because we go camping in Florida. Internet access on the campgrounds is generally very poor. Last year we went to Verizon and I don't know if the people we dealt with at the store in Sarasota were not informed. We used one of our cell phone as a hotspot. I worked, but data plan was not too good.
Well, the store I went to this time near our home is better. He knew exactly what I needed and sets up with unlimited data that I can opt to have one month and then shut it down and go back to our present plan. So right now it seems we should be in number one shape.

A:AnswerNot sure how old your Iphone is but the Nighthawk LTE Mobile Hotspot Router makes use of more cell tower bands than older phones do. As 5g becomes available and faster speeds become accessible this device will be able to keep up with it.
I would say it should be faster than your phone hotspot as long as your current carrier is AT&T or you know that AT&T has good network coverage in your area.
