A:Answer I had a very bad experience with this. After spending hours and hours on the phone, it could not be setup. ATT is a terrible company to deal with. I did manage to setup this thing so I could connect to it. The main issue is I had not setup the account right for a data plan that made any sense. I was on the phone and transferred probably 10 times. Always starting from ground zero with each person. I just gave up in total frustration.
I returned the thing to Best Buys. After I left Best Busy, I went to my cell provider Verizon and got a JetPack. We wanted something because we go camping in Florida. Internet access on the campgrounds is generally very poor. Last year we went to Verizon and I don't know if the people we dealt with at the store in Sarasota were not informed. We used one of our cell phone as a hotspot. I worked, but data plan was not too good.
Well, the store I went to this time near our home is better. He knew exactly what I needed and sets up with unlimited data that I can opt to have one month and then shut it down and go back to our present plan. So right now it seems we should be in number one shape.
