• This one from Best Buy is locked to AT&T. You can buy them elsewhere unlocked.

• Yes, if you unlock the device it will work with Verizon or t-mobile. But on Verizon will not work on band 13 which is the best coverage but not the fastest, it does work on band 2 & 4 which are faster, some people have the luck of t-mobile coverage and work very good with great speeds
