A:AnswerI don't think it should be an issue. With that many extra devices though, you might want to look at a switch with more ports for future expansion. Good luck!
A:AnswerHi. The Linksys SE3005 is an unmanaged 5-port switch that allows you to add up to five devices to your home or office network with plug-and-play installation. To know more of the product, refer here: https://www.linksys.com/support-article?articleNum=49446.

but the box says "user documentation is also available at linksys.om/support"
A:AnswerYes this would most certainly be a/the solution. Now this gives you 4 MORE ports (just being clear in case you are saying you need 5 more)
You come out your Modem, plug into the suggested from it, & that's it... No it doesn't affect anything for the negative...
A:AnswerYes, I'm using this Gigabit Ethernet Switch with the Linksys Velop. The Velop devices have two Ethernet ports, ether for both ports being used as output or one of the ports being used for the incoming Internet connection. I'm using the Gigabit Ethernet Switch to connect a desktop PC, a media player and other devices. Simply connect an Ethernet cable from the Velop device to the Gigabit Ethernet Switch and then use other Ethernet cables to connect your other PC's or devices.
