Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Maybe. I think it is important to communicate the layout of the house over which you want to distribute your wifi. Also, you need to determine the capabilities of the wifi net systems you are going to try. For instance, one of the systems I tried did not fit my needs because it could transmit from the base to only one satellite node. I ended up trying three systems because of these two issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your phone should run out of the modem via the RJ11 phone jack. This switch would connect to the modem or routers Ethernet RJ45 connector. You just plug your modem or routers Ethernet connector into one of the five inputs of the switch, they're self sensing (two way) so it knows if the connection is coming in or going out. Than all you do is run the rest of the Ethernet cables from the switch to the other devices you want to connect to. So to make a long answer even longer this will work with your phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will work. However my connection between nodes kept dropping. I ended up going with Google WiFi. Much better connection and haven’t had any connection concerns. I als use Spectrum.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you are plugging it in to an RJ45 port to extend your network, I would think it would work BUT I am NOT familiar with any of your installed technology.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, JohnR. Routers or modems with DHCP capabilities can allow sharing of the Internet connection between computers.
