Yes, I'm using this Gigabit Ethernet Switch with the Linksys Velop. The Velop devices have two Ethernet ports, ether for both ports being used as output or one of the ports being used for the incoming Internet connection. I'm using the Gigabit Ethernet Switch to connect a desktop PC, a media player and other devices. Simply connect an Ethernet cable from the Velop device to the Gigabit Ethernet Switch and then use other Ethernet cables to connect your other PC's or devices.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will work. You can connect Velop nodes to this Gig switch directly, or you can connect one and chain additional Velop devices off of the first in the chain.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, tmoore3615. The Linksys - 5-Port Gigabit Ethernet Switch will work with Linksys Velop.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it will work with it. But I must point out the obvious - this is a network switch for directly connecting devices to a router. It is normally used at the end of a cable run where you have more wired devices that you have separate cables. It's the powerstrip of networking.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes, just searched the support site for Velop and found this: https://www.linksys.com/us/support-article?articleNum=217439#setup12 12. Can I add a switch to my Velop network? Yes. You can use an available ethernet port on any of your nodes that is part of your Velop network to connect your switch.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.VELOP connects to your WIFI router/modem directly which is through WIFI. VELOP extends your WIFI. If VELOP plugs into one of these switches, it should work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It should. The Velop has 2 LAN ports which would give any peripheral access, which is all the hub would need.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Velop is it's own router and so making this switch redundant. The modem connects to the Velop and the Velop distributes Wi-Fi to the home.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
