A:AnswerFormat your existing hard drive. Get into the BIOS and choose "boot from USB device.
Turn computer off. Install thumb drive Windows 10 into a USB 3 port (if you have one) USB 2 is fine
Start your computer and it will now boot from the windows 10 on the thumb drive

A:AnswerIt could be the problem. You computers mother board may also just not be compatible with the os you have try updating your os. It could also just be a power supply problem.
A:Answerrun the windows 10 compatibility program from Microsoft it will tell you. I don't think you'll have any issues upgrading from xp if you do your install from a disk. it should just upgrade it.
A:AnswerWhy would you want to reinstall Windows 10 on your laptop if you already have it on your laptop? Anything you install on top of Windows 10 should leave everything the same unless it asks you to change something, then it is up to you to change or not.
A:Answerinstall the hard drive. it will ask for the program. have the thumb drive or disc in a drive and it will find it. just follow the instructions.
A:AnswerIf you are running anything before Windows 7, more then likely you computer is running a 32 bit OS. This version has a part that will ask you if you want the 32 bit or the 64 Bit
version. Just check your Windows info before hand. Then install the one you need.
