• Yeah you can do a clean install, or just go through the activation process with your included CODE. :)

• If what you're talking about is regarding the windows 10 insider technical preview then that free windows license is only for the particular machine used when first started technical preview. those licenses are non-transferrable to other machines according to microsoft.
