run the windows 10 compatibility program from Microsoft it will tell you. I don't think you'll have any issues upgrading from xp if you do your install from a disk. it should just upgrade it.

It seems you have a way old machine there, but you can check on the Microsoft site. If your computer is less than 6 years old you should be alright.

You're better off getting a new computer. Microsoft has made it known that Windows 10 will not be fully supported on dated/old hardware. And by the specs you're posting it probably won't run smoothly anyway.
